Jalgari is an upcoming city located in the tropical jungle, where the vegetation is lush. The town grew around a series of natural springs, and is comprised of almost every race, no one race being the clear majority. They are an overwhelmingly patriarchal, technocratic, republic.

The nearest landmark is a tremendous pillar of rock in the exact center of a dried lakebed.

Jalgari is renowned for their uprising engineering. The buildings and rice fields can be seen embracing technology to their day-to-day lives, unlike the major city of Fernwood.

The town is highly suspicious of new comers, and have been known to interrogate suspected spies in the cruelest manners.
