The new born baby would start to float once the gas is filled from the bonding of the items.

The parent now will have responsibility to take care of the baby, some might let it float around and this is very dangerous!  

The baby can be drifted by the wind and get into trouble.

Baby can be grown but must undergo growth prompt!
