The Standard is the most common Draquine breed, characterized by its long, strong legs and sturdy build. This versatility allows Standards to excel in various industries, including transportation, carting, companionship, hobbies, competition, and racing.

Standards are particularly renowned for their speed and endurance, capable of running for long distances without fatigue. They have also been known to clear high fences with ease.

Due to their exceptional speed and quickness, Standards are often referred to as "Strikers."
